Strindberg & Scholnick, LLC was formed in January 2002 with a goal to create the pre-eminent boutique firm handling only employment and labor law matters for both employees and employers.
They have done just that. Strindberg & Scholnick has successfully represented both employees and employers in trials, mediations, arbitrations and before administrative bodies. They have also successfully settled many potential lawsuits for both employees and employers involving federal and state law. Strindberg & Scholnick has provided employment training, drafted and revised policy manuals and employment contracts, advised employers on how to deal with sticky personnel matters including reductions-in-force, and investigated potential employee claims on behalf of employers.
In the Spring of 2006, Strindberg & Scholnick expanded its vision and the clients it serves. They are now pleased to offer legal representation in all facets of Immigration Law, including immigrant and non-immigrant visas (including both family-based and employment-based petitions), asylum claims, and deportation representation. Strindberg & Scholnick's bilingual attorneys are also happy to provide their clients with legal services in Spanish.
