An independent hearing officer issued a decision today finding Weber School District did not have adequate grounds to terminate the employment of former Weber High School Assistant Principal James Bell. Mr. Bell had been accused of having improper conduct with a minor. The hearing officer, however, found that the school district's evidence was not credible, and recommended that the district reinstate Mr. Bell's employment.
