Practice Areas

Strindberg & Scholnick's main areas of practice are employment and immigration law. Between the six lawyers in our firm, we collectively have nearly 50 years of experience in employment and labor law. Our attorneys and staff are passionate about protecting the rights of both employees and employers and are committed to making Utah one of the fairest, most productive and humane places to work. Given our long-time committment to represent under-represented workers, which in Utah often includes the hispanic workforce, we decided to expand our practice to include immigration law in 2006. In order to help us do that, we hired attorney Jonny Benson, who is fluent in Spanish, to help us better represent Spanish-speaking employees as well as individuals and companies with respect to their immigration needs.
